Gromlee's log: Looks like I'm getting a new box today.

Gromlee's log: I hope he leaves that map laying around the living room. I finished shredding the newspaper and I need a new activity.

Gromlee's log: I saw Frank and Quin watching people at the mall today. They obviously could use some pointers.

Gromlee's log: After my obversations today, I asked Pip if Frank even really knows who Quin is.

Gromlee's log: I discovered a potential new way of getting wrapping paper for free. I just have to figure out how to roll it up to had the claw marks when I take it back.

Gromlee's log: Pip let me have his pizza today (as usual).

Gromlee's log: I noticed Frank will believe most of what he reads in the paper. When I showed Pip what a few changes to the newspaper can lead to, he was left speechless (as usual).

From Gromlee's journal: Quin asked to go to the mall. This is very abnormal behavior for her, but in a good way. I spent my time at the pet store looking at the fish.

It's funny that there are so many different ways to pay but one of the cheapest methods beyond cash is also one that causes embarassment among some.

Up until the early years of the Internet, a number of national chain stores would send out special sales catalogs with Sears' The Wish Book being the most popular one. Believe it or not, the arrival of these catalogs were exciting events for kids at the time.

Frank is trying to figure out why the phone bill is so high. All Gromlee is worried about is why everybody has the wrong time.

The TV salesman list off numerous features, but obviously left out something.

Can you blame Frank for choosing such a comfy chair?

There was a time when texting was non-existent. But for many people born after a certain time, it seems almost foreign to actually talk over the phone.

Gromlee obviously loves the mall and he hatches a plan to get Frank to take him. But Quin is noticing a funny pattern. It seems the old saying is true--you can't always believe what you read in the paper.

Frank convinces Quin to go to a restaurant they haven't gone in years. She immediately regrets it. But it seems sometimes we forget that people's tastes can change over time. Regardless, who wouldn't want the Vice President Meal?

Quin tells Frank she found a shirt online that he thinks he would like. Frank misunderstands what she meant by online as the phone call to Joe later demonstrated.

Quin is interrupted from reading a magazine with a surprise gift. The gift isn't something she expected or even seems to find useful. Gromlee, watching from afar, asks Pip to make sure a certain rule about gifts for him is implemented to ensure he has access to an alternative gift if needed.

Frank and Quin sit on a bench at the mall and people watch. Quin asked Frank a question that leads to a humurous and slightly embarassing answer. Gromlee, watching from a distance, tells Pip how the interaction helps explain Quin's personality. Created in January 2026.

Quin asks Frank for a picture she needs for a school project. Frank accomplishes the task but in a way that surprises Quin in a humurous way. Gromlee, obvserving from across the room, tells Pip his views about photography generally. Created in January 2026.

Frank listens to his favorite radio program. The program's pacing and sign off has Gromlee wondering aloud to Pip what else Frank finds interesting. Created in January 2026.

Frank and Quin are at the store Frank loves the most. An employee there brings up a question that Frank is having trouble answering. For Gromlee, the interaction makes it clear the subject he should avoid asking Frank about. Created in January 2026.
